निवड प्रक्रिया आणि इतर माहिती :

  1. प्रकल्प व्यवस्थापन कक्ष – मुंबई (PMU)(Adv. No. TNM/NDKSP2.0/01) अंतर्गत पदांसाठी निवड प्रक्रिया:
    • अर्ज सादर केलेल्या उमेदवारांनी शैक्षणिक/तांत्रिक अर्हता व अनुभव यासंदर्भात सादर केलेल्या कागदपत्रांच्या आधारावर, अर्जांची छाननी करण्यात येईल.
    • प्रत्येक पदासाठी अर्ज सादर केलेल्या उमेदवारांमधून केवळ छाननीअंती पात्र (shortlisted) ठरलेल्या उमेदवारांना दस्तऐवज पडताळणी व मुलाखतीसाठी बोलावले जाईल..
    • मुलाखतीच्या आधारावर गुणवत्तेची यादी (Merit List) संकेतस्थळावर (Website) जाहीर केली जाईल.

    a) विशेषज्ज्ञ(Specialist) आणि तज्ज्ञ (Experts) पदांसाठी :प्रत्येक पदासाठी केवळ 5 निवडलेले छाननीअंती (shortlisted) पात्र उमेदवार मुलाखतीसाठी बोलावले जातील.

    b) प्रकल्प अधिकारी (Project Officer) , प्रकल्प सहयोगी  (Project Associate) , प्रकल्प सहायक (Project Assistant) आणि शिपाई / संदेशवाहक (Peon/Messager) पदांसाठी :प्रत्येक पदासाठी केवळ 3 निवडलेले छाननीअंती (shortlisted) पात्र उमेदवार मुलाखतीसाठी बोलावले जातील.


  2. जिल्हास्तर, उपविभागीय स्तर, समूह स्तर ((Adv. No. TNM/NDKSP2.0/02)) अंतर्गत पदांसाठी निवड प्रक्रिया:

    3. a) प्रकल्प विशेषज्ज्ञ - मनुष्यबळ विकास, प्रकल्प विशेषज्ज्ञ - कृष‍ि व्यवसाय आणि प्रकल्प विशेषज्ज्ञ प्रापण या पदांकरिता:

    • अर्ज सादर केलेल्या उमेदवारांनी शैक्षणिक/तांत्रिक अर्हता व अनुभव यासंदर्भात सादर केलेल्या कागदपत्रांच्या आधारावर, अर्जांची छाननी करण्यात येईल.
    • अर्ज सादर केलेल्या उमेदवारांपैकी केवळ छाननीअंती (shortlisted) पात्र उमेदवारांना दस्तऐवज पडताळणी व मुलाखतीसाठी बोलावले जाईल. प्रत्येक पदासाठी केवळ 5 निवडलेले छाननीअंती (shortlisted) पात्र उमेदवार मुलाखतीसाठी बोलावले जातील.
    • मुलाखतीच्या आधारावर गुणवत्तेची यादी (Merit List) जाहीर केली जाईल.
    • या पदासाठी उमेदवाराकडून कोणतेही प्राधान्यित स्थान (Preferred Location) घेतले जाणार नाही आणि पदासाठी निवड झालेल्या उमेदवाराला महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील कोणत्याही ठिकाणी नियुक्ती करण्यात येईल.

वरील पदांकरिता खालील ४ प्रभागांमध्ये नमूद २१ जिल्ह्यांसाठी अर्ज मागविण्यात येत आहेत:

    • उमेदवारास त्याने निवडलेल्या प्रभागात असलेल्या जिल्ह्यांचा पसंतीक्रम क्रमाने नोंदवणे आवश्यक आहे.
  • अर्ज सादर केलेल्या उमेदवारांनी शैक्षणिक/तांत्रिक अर्हता व अनुभव यासंदर्भात सादर केलेल्या कागदपत्रांच्या आधारावर गुणवत्तेची यादी (Merit List) जाहीर केली जाईल.
  • प्रत्येक प्रभागात अर्ज सादर केलेल्या उमेदवारांची जिल्हानिहाय गुणवत्तेची यादी (Merit List) जाहीर केली जाईल.
  • समूह सहायक पदासाठी: जिल्हा स्तरावर असलेल्या पदांपैकी 30 टक्के पदे ही महिलांसाठी उपलब्ध राहतील. मात्र, ज्या जिल्हयांकरिता महिला उमेदवारांचे अर्ज त्याप्रमाणात प्राप्त न झाल्यास, उर्वरित पदे पात्र उमेदवारांमधून गुणवत्तेनुसार भरली जातील.
गुणवत्ता यादी टाय-ब्रेक नियम:जर दोन उमेदवारांना गुणवत्ता यादीमध्ये समान गुण मिळाले, तरजास्त वयाच्या उमेदवाराला प्राधान्यदिले जाईल. जर त्यांचे वयही समान असेल, तरउमेदवाराच्या इंग्रजी नावाच्या अक्षरक्रमानुसारप्राधान्य दिले जाईल.


निवड प्रक्रिया सूचनाः
  1. अर्ज दाखल करणे:
    • फक्त https://tnmjobs.tnmhr.com द्वारे सादर केलेले ऑनलाइन अर्ज विचारात घेतले जातील. उमेदवारांनी ऑनलाइन फॉर्म काळजीपूर्वक आणि पूर्ण भरावा.
    • अर्जदाराने संकेतिक (वेबसाइट) स्थळावर नोंदणी करताना आपला नोंदणीकृत मोबाईल नंबर वापरावा, जो आधार कार्डशी जोडलेला असावा. अर्ज करण्यापूर्वी आधारमध्ये तो अपडेट असल्याची खात्री करा, जेणेकरून पडताळणीसंबंधी अडचणी टाळता येतील.
  2. दस्तऐवज पडताळणी
    • दस्तऐवज पडताळणीसाठी DigiLocker अनिवार्य आहे. अर्जदारांनी आपले ओळखपत्र (ID Proof) आणि शैक्षणिक कागदपत्रे (पदवी/प्रमाणपत्रे) DigiLocker मध्ये अद्ययावत करावीत. फक्त जारी व पडताळलेली कागदपत्रे (DigiLocker मधील Issued Documents विभागात दिसणारी) स्वीकारली जातील. ही कागदपत्रे निवड झालेल्या उमेदवाराला नियुक्ती पत्र देताना पडताळली जातील.

    • जर उमेदवाराकडे DigiLocker मध्ये पडताळलेली शैक्षणिक कागदपत्रे उपलब्ध नसतील, तर त्यांना संबंधित विद्यापीठ किंवा परीक्षा विभाग (Registrar – Examination Section) कडून स्वतःच्या खर्चाने पडताळणी करून घ्यावी लागेल.

      • मुलाखतीपूर्वी कागदपत्रांची तपासणी केली जाईल. मूळ कागदपत्रे नसलेल्या उमेदवारांना भरती प्रक्रियेतून अपात्र ठरवले जाऊ शकते.
      • निवड झालेल्या उमेदवारांची सर्व शैक्षणिक, अनुभवाशी संबंधित आणि इतर आवश्यक कागदपत्रांची पडताळणी केली जाईल.
      • अनुभवाचा पुरावा म्हणून केवळ अनुभव प्रमाणपत्रेच ग्राह्य धरली जातील; नियुक्ती पत्र (offer letters), पगार स्लिप किंवा नियुक्ती पत्रे (appointment letters) विचारात घेतली जाणार नाहीत.
      • नियुक्ती पत्र जारी केल्यानंतर, कोणतेही बनावट किंवा खोटे कागदपत्र आढळल्यास संबंधित उमेदवाराविरुद्ध गुन्हा (FIR) दाखल केला जाईल आणि दिलेले वेतन वसूल केले जाईल.

  3. सदर गुणवत्तेची यादीतील पात्र उमेदवारांना विहित कालावधीत निवडलेल्या (Selected) पदावर हजर राहणे आवश्यक आहे. उमेदवाराने नकार दिल्यास किंवा विहित मुदतीत (३० दिवसांच्या आत) हजर न झाल्यास त्याचा दावा संपुष्टात येईल, आणि प्रतीक्षा यादीवरील पुढील पात्र उमेदवारास त्याच्या जागी नियुक्ती दिली जाईल.

सामान्य निर्देश

  • संपूर्ण अर्ज प्रक्रिया ऑनलाइन पद्धतीने पार पाडली जाईल.
  • उमेदवार ऑनलाइन अर्ज हे संगणक किंवा लॅपटॉपवर भरू शकतात. अर्ज भरतांना Google Chrome ब्राउझर वापरण्यास प्राधान्य द्यावे.
  • कोणत्याही पदासाठी अर्ज करताना उमेदवाराने अंतिम गुणपत्रिकेवरील उत्तीर्ण टक्केवारी (Passing Percentage)नमूद करणे आवश्यक आहे. जर उमेदवाराकडे CGPA असेल, तर अंतिम गुणपत्रिकेवर (पुढील किंवा मागील पृष्ठावर) दिलेल्या सूत्रानुसार टक्केवारीची गणना करून ती अर्जात भरावी. अर्जात उत्तीर्ण टक्केवारी भरणे अनिवार्य आहे. (चूकीची टक्केवारी नमूद केल्यास अर्ज बाद करण्यात येईल त्यामुळे गुणांची टक्केवारी भरताना विशेष काळजी घ्यावी.)
  • अनुभव आणि वय ०१.१०.२०२५ रोजीच्या स्थितीनुसार आकलन करून ग्रह्य धरले जातील.

  • पदभरती प्रक्रियेसंदर्भातील कोणतीही सूचना फक्त https://tnmjobs.tnmhr.com या संकेतस्थळावर अद्ययावत केली जाईल.
  • किमान शैक्षणिक पात्रता आणि अनुभव असणे म्हणजे उमेदवाराला पुढील टप्प्यासाठी बोलावले जाईल, याची हमी नाही. केवळ मूल्यांकन निकषांनुसार पात्र उमेदवारांची पुढील टप्प्यासाठी निवड केली जाईल.

अर्ज कसा करावा

  • “ऑनलाइन अर्जासाठी पुढे जा” (Proceed to Online Application) या बटणावर क्लिक करा.
  • आपला आधार संलग्न मोबाईल क्रमांक आणि ईमेल आयडी वापरून नोंदणी (Register) करा.
  • आपले लॉगिन आयडी आणि पासवर्ड तयार करा.
  • उमेदवारास एका पदासाठी एकच अर्ज सादर करता येईल. तथापि, तो /ती एका पदापेक्षा अधिक पदाची विहित अर्हता व अनुभव धारण करत असल्यास त्या पदासाठी अर्ज सादर करता येईल.
  • उमेदवारांनी अर्ज भरण्यापूर्वी अटी व शर्ती काळजीपूर्वक वाचावे, आवश्यक कागदपत्रे तयार ठेवावीत, त्यांचा प्रकार व आकार योग्य असल्याची खात्री करून ऑनलाइन अर्ज फॉर्म भरावा आणि आवश्यक तेथे संबंधित कागदपत्रे अपलोड करावीत.
  • सर्व माहिती नीट तपासून अर्ज सादर (Submit) करा.
  • अंतिम सादरीकरणानंतर, आपल्या संदर्भासाठी अर्जाची डाउनलोड केलेली प्रत जतन करून ठेवा.
  • ऑनलाईन अर्ज अंतिमरित्या सादर केल्यानंतर त्यात कोणतेही बदल किंवा सुधारणा करता येणार नाहीत.
  • महत्त्वाचे: पुढील सर्व संपर्कासाठी नोंदणीकृत ईमेल आयडी (Registered Email id) वापरला जाईल. जर ईमेल आयडी अवैध किंवा कार्यरत नसल्यास, त्याबद्दल T&M सर्व्हिसेस कन्सल्टिंग प्रा. लि. जबाबदार राहणार नाही.

अटी व शर्ती

  • भरती प्रक्रियेच्या कोणत्याही टप्प्यावर उमेदवार पात्रतेच्या निकषांनुसार पात्र नसल्याचे किंवा खोटी/अपूर्ण माहिती दिल्याचे आढळल्यास, त्यांचा अर्ज कोणतीही पूर्वसूचना न देता रद्द करण्यात येईल.
  • फक्त अधिकृत वेबसाइटवरून प्राप्त झालेले अर्जच विचारात घेतले जातील. T&M सर्व्हिसेस कन्सल्टिंग प्रा. लि. ला कोणताही अर्ज स्वीकारण्याचा किंवा नाकारण्याचा अंतिम अधिकार राखीव राहिल.
  • अर्ज दाखल करणे याचा अर्थ नोकरी मिळण्याची हमी देत नाही. किमान शैक्षणिक पात्रता आणि अनुभव असणे हे उमेदवाराला आपोआप मुलाखतीसाठी (जिथे लागू असेल) किंवा पुढील टप्प्यासाठी बोलावले जाईल, याची हमी देखील देत नाही.
  • T&M सर्व्हिसेस कन्सल्टिंग प्रा. लि. भरती किंवा निवड प्रक्रियेच्या कोणत्याही टप्प्यावर उमेदवारांकडून कोणतेही शुल्क आकारत नाही.
  • वरील सर्व पदे पूर्णपणे बाह्य यंत्रणेद्वारे स्वरूपाची (Outsource basis) असून प्रकल्पाच्या गरजेनुसार त्यांची संख्या वाढवली, कमी केली किंवा रद्द केली जाऊ शकते.
  • ऑनलाइन अर्जामध्ये भरलेली सर्व माहिती डिजिटल स्वरूपात जतन केली जाते. त्यामुळे अंतिम अर्ज दाखल करताना कोणत्याही माहितीच्या गमावल्याबद्दल किंवा तांत्रिक अडचणींबद्दल एजन्सी जबाबदार राहणार नाही.
  • एकदा अर्ज सादर केल्यानंतर कोणतेही बदल किंवा सुधारणा करता येणार नाहीत. त्यामुळे अर्ज सादर करण्यापूर्वी सर्व माहिती नीट तपासावी.
  • अंतिम तारखेस निश्चित केलेल्या वेळेनंतर कोणतेही अर्ज संकेतस्थळावर सादर करता येणार नाहीत.
  • महत्त्वाचे: उमेदवाराचे चारित्र्य निर्दोष असावे — कोणतीही विभागीय चौकशी, भ्रष्टाचार प्रकरण, न्यायालयीन प्रक्रिया, पोलिस तपासणी किंवा इतर अनुशासनात्मक/फौजदारी कारवाई सुरू नसावी.
